Delgado Resorted to his Nancy Pelosi Supplied Talking Points, Faso Touted Specifics and Action
Valatie, NY – In a debate today hosted by the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce, John Faso lapped Antonio Delgado, Steve Greenfield of the Green Party, and Independent candidate Diane Neal. The candidates engaged in a variety of topics at the top of voters’ minds heading into November.
“While his opponents deflected and stuck to broad talking points, John Faso engaged in detail on the issues that voters care about. As a member of the Problem Solvers Caucus and one of the most bipartisan members of Congress, voters know that John is far better equipped than out-of-district carpetbagger Antonio Delgado to tackle our nation’s biggest challenges. John has already held over 1,000 meetings with New York 19 residents, business owners, and community groups since taking office last year. Antonio Delgado’s attacks fell flat today considering they could be copy and pasted straight out of a candidate handbook issued by Nancy Pelosi and D.C Democrats.” – Joe Gierut, communications director for the Faso campaign
